The evening

One seat per organisation. Every one of them earned.

Twenty seats on Level 12. A tasting led by the people behind Australia's most decorated single malt. Three courses from Candela Nuevo. And a room made up entirely of the people who run growth at Australia's most recognisable brands.

There is no stage, no agenda and nothing to sit through. The evening is built around one thing: the conversation that happens when everyone at the table is running something.

The tasting.

Sullivans Cove, four-time World's Best Whisky, guides the table through the range. Their expert, their bottles, your questions.

The dinner.

Three courses from Candela Nuevo, served on Level 12 above Queen Street. Long table, low lighting, no rush.

The bottle.

Every guest leaves with a Sullivans Cove bottle, boxed and personalised for the evening.

5:30 PM

Arrival. A host meets you at the lift on Level 12.

6:00 PM

Welcome, two minutes, then the tasting begins.

Then Three courses, and the table takes over.

Before you ask

Is this a sales event?

No. There is no presentation and no product on the table. If you want to talk about Insider One, we will happily do that on another day.

Can I send a colleague in my place?

No. The invitation is personal and the table is deliberately senior. If you cannot make it, we will release the seat and keep you at the front of the list for the next one.

Can I bring a guest?

Seats are limited to one per organization. If a second name matters to you, tell us and we will see what we can do closer to the date.

Who else is attending?

Senior leaders from Melbourne retail, liquor retail, financial services, telco and travel. We do not publish the guest list. You will meet everyone at the table.

I do not drink whisky.

Come anyway. The tasting is guided and unhurried, the dinner is the main event, and we will make sure there is something in your glass.

Is there a cost?
