NEW YORK, NY (Jun 02, 2026) — Insider One today announced at Snowflake’s annual user conference, Snowflake Summit 26, the launch of Insider One Zero Copy Segmentation. Zero Copy Segmentation is Insider One’s new integration with Snowflake, the AI Data Cloud company, that enables brands to build and activate audiences directly from Snowflake without copying or moving raw customer data into Insider One.
As organizations centralize customer and behavioral data into data platforms, marketing activation often still depends on batch pipelines, duplicated datasets, and delayed syncs. Insider One’s Zero Copy Segmentation with Snowflake addresses this gap by executing segmentation queries directly on Snowflake and storing only the resulting audience membership for activation.
“Companies have invested heavily in Snowflake as their single source of truth, and now they want to segment and activate audiences directly on that data without moving it,” said Muharrem Derinkök, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer, Insider One. “With Zero Copy Segmentation, we’re enabling teams to segment and activate data directly where it lives. This reduces data movement, improves data freshness, and allows marketing to operate on the most accurate, governed data available.”
Insider One’s Zero Copy Segmentation introduces a Snowflake-native approach to customer engagement. Instead of ingesting raw customer data, Insider One enables segmentation directly on Snowflake and activates only the selected audience segments.
This allows organizations to:
Reduce data duplication – Customer data remains in Snowflake, minimizing risk and infrastructure overhead
Improve data freshness – Audiences can be refreshed at send time based on the latest available data
Simplify architecture – Reduces reliance on batch pipelines and complex data movement
Maintain governance – Activation operates within Snowflake’s existing security and permission model
By activating data directly on Snowflake, organizations can support a range of high-value use cases, including:
These capabilities are particularly valuable for industries such as financial services, retail, and travel and hospitality, where data sensitivity and timeliness are critical.
This integration enables joint customers to drive more value from their Snowflake investment by connecting governed data directly to customer engagement workflows.
“As organizations centralize their data in Snowflake, activating that data where it lives is critical to delivering real-time customer experiences,” said Patrick Crosby, MarTech Industry Principal, Snowflake. “By working with partners like Insider One, customers can connect governed data directly to marketing activation, reducing data movement while maintaining performance, security, and control.”
Insider One will showcase Zero Copy Segmentation at Snowflake Summit, demonstrating how organizations can activate Snowflake data for marketing and customer engagement without replication or complex pipelines.
